If you have been to the M3M Golf Estate in Gurugram, Haryana, or already own a home there, you know the luxurious touch that the property already has. So, when Alive Studio was approached by a client to design their sprawling 5,000 sq. ft., 4BHK abode, we took it up as a “luxurious” challenge. We not only had to surpass our client’s expectations but also do justice to M3M Golf Estate. Our client’s future guests had to be more amazed by the residence’s interiors than the aesthetic golf course outside through which they arrived. With this aim in mind, the Alive Studio team got to work. And we can proudly say that we redefined luxury in just 4 months and handed the property over to our clients.
The task we had
Alive Studio was to interior design the Jain Residence at M3M Golf Estate. This was a polo suite with 4 massive bedrooms and covering a net area of 5,000 square feet. Our client wanted elegance but also wanted to move in as soon as possible as understandably, their dream home could not wait any longer. M3M Golf Estate claims indulgent exclusivity. When people buy homes here, they wish to live in luxury and that is what we had to deliver.
How we designed the Jain residence?
As with any other luxurious interior designing project, personalisation was key. Alive Studio started the design just there. Step one was to sit down with our clients and deeply understand their expectations. What vision they had in mind for this blank canvas and how do they imagine their perfect home to look like. We infused our expertise with their dreams. We offered suggestions and took their inputs.
Next came the process of drawing up a designing blueprint. Alive Studio’s principal designer Anupam Singh brainstormed all possible design features and themes that can go into the Jain residence. We brought in our turnkey experts to offer furniture suggestions. Our designers blended customisation with architecture. We created and recreated the Jain residence design on paper and in modern computer software until we were satisfied with the outcome.
Only after verification from the owners did the construction start. We collaborated with the builders to design the Jain residence as per our final blueprints. From wall paints to electrical fittings to drape colour, Alive Studio design expert Anupam Singh supervised all and the Jain residence came together at a brisk pace. Our efficiency radiated with every passing day during the project and our resourcefulness kept the deadline on track.
The joyful handover
After nearly 4 months, the Jain residence was ready for the rightful owners. We not only received accolades for a fine work done in record time but were filled with satisfaction seeing the joy on the happy family’s face. This we achieved by concurrently managing other interior designing projects that were unique and challenging in their own ways but the Alive Studio team knows how to meet the expectations of multiple clients at the same time. With Alive Studio’s interior design, the Jain residence has surely become one of the crown jewels of M3M Golf Estate.
